The Around the World Promotion ("Promotion") offers eligible players the opportunity to receive rewards and prizes through a collect-and-win mechanic involving Scratch Cards, collectible items, and cash prizes.

1. Promotion Period

1.1. The Promotion runs from 13 July 2026, 12:00 UTC until 5 August 2026, 12:00 UTC ("Promotion Period").

1.2. Any activity occurring outside the Promotion Period will not qualify for participation or rewards.

2. Promotion Mechanics

2.1. During the Promotion Period, players will receive one (1) Scratch Card each time they accumulate the required wagering amount as specified in Section 3.10.

2.2. Players can monitor their progress through a dedicated progress bar displayed while logged into their account.

2.3. Once the required wagering threshold is reached, a Scratch Card will be awarded automatically.

2.4. Upon receiving a Scratch Card, the player's progress bar will reset and begin tracking progress toward the next reward.

2.5. Scratch Cards must be played immediately upon being awarded and cannot be saved for later use.

2.6. If a player does not interact with a Scratch Card, the system may automatically reveal and award the prize on the player's behalf.

2.7. Every Scratch Card guarantees a prize.

2.8. A Scratch Card will reveal three matching destination symbols and award either:

• A collectible destination icon; or
• A cash prize.

2.9. Any cash prize awarded through a Scratch Card will be credited instantly to the player's account balance and will not be subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

2.10. Players receive one Scratch Card for every accumulated [currency]400[/currency] wagered (or currency equivalent) on SpinOro games only.

3. Collect & Win Journey

3.1. Players collect destination icons by revealing matching symbols on Scratch Cards.

3.2. Collecting all required cities within a country unlocks the corresponding Country Prize.

3.3. Collecting all required countries within a continent unlocks the corresponding Continent Prize.

3.4. Collecting all required continents unlocks the Grand Prize for completing the Around the World journey.

3.5. All Country, Continent, and Grand Prizes are awarded automatically upon completion of the relevant collection.

3.6. All prizes awarded through the Promotion are cash prizes and are credited directly to the player's account balance without wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

4. New Player Participation

Players who register a Real Money account during the Promotion Period may receive an Around the World Scratch Card when claiming an eligible Welcome Bonus, subject to all applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.

5. Prize Conditions

5.1. Scratch Cards, collectible icons, and any associated rewards are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or assigned to another person.

5.2. Before receiving any prize, players may be required to complete identity verification procedures in accordance with the User Agreement and applicable regulations.

5.3. Failure to complete verification requirements may result in forfeiture of prizes and disqualification from the Promotion.

5.4. Winspark.com reserves the right to publish limited winner information for promotional purposes, including:

• First name and initial of surname;
• Country and city of residence;
• Prize amount;
• Promotion name.

5.5. Winners may be invited to participate in promotional activities, including photographs or testimonials, subject to their consent.

6. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

6.1. Winspark.com reserves the right to investigate any activity that may indicate fraud, abuse, collusion, bonus exploitation, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. If Winspark.com, acting reasonably, determines that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, the User Agreement, or any related policies, it may:

• Disqualify the player from the Promotion;
• Cancel or withhold prizes;
• Remove collected icons and rewards;
• Suspend or close the player's account where appropriate.

7. Modification or Cancellation

7.1. Winspark.com reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.

7.2. In the event of cancellation, suspension, or termination, Winspark.com may invalidate any unclaimed Scratch Cards, collectibles, rewards, or Promotion-related benefits.

8. General

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the User Agreement and related policies of Winspark.com.

8.2. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of these Terms and Conditions and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.

8.3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
